1-Copy of your purchase receipt to show proof of date of purchase, size and model.

2-Picture of broken bat.  Please include an up-close image and one that shows most of the bat if not all.

If exact model and size is out of stock, customer can chose another model from the same category.
Once your warranty has been approved, you can go ahead and pay for the shipping!!
